Five Human Rights Defenders ( including three women ) of Dalit Foundation ( India) arrested and remanded to judicial custody on false charges on India's 64th Independence Day ( 15th August 2010 ) Henri Tiphagne, Executive Director of People's Watch has also been identified as an 'absconding accused' by the police in the same criminal case.
